NMC Is the North Wing of Coul Road Cottages, and has been resently (2009) updated to the highest standard while still maintaining the cosy cottage feel.
Sleeps up to 4 (maximum of 4 adults) - with 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with twin beds). one bathroom with bath & shower , a cot is available (Mama's & Papa's)
Ample towels, bed linen and duvets with additional blankets for winter use are included as is electricty, oil fired C/Heating , cot available, Bar Bar Q, Saterlite TV, DVD's, WIFI connection, board games , books maps...etc'

Upon receipt of the completed form or receipt of e-mail via the Availability Calendar and a non-refundable deposit of £50, your booking is secure.
The balance of your rental must be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday together with a refundable security deposit of £100. Should a booking be made within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday, the full rental must be paid at the time of booking.

A booking form will be sent or you can download a copy Here and upon receipt of the completed form and a non-refundable deposit of £50, your booking is secure.
The balance of your rental must be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday . Should a booking be made within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday, the full rental must be paid at the time of booking.

If you are booking from within the UK we normally suggest you send us a cheque, made payable to "A Bradshaw". Then send the completed booking form and cheque to:

If you are sending payment from outside of the UK there are a number of alternatives:
You can ask your bank to arrange a "Draft" in Pounds Sterling payable to A Bradshaw and send it to the above address.
Alternatively you can pay electronically via PayPal using a PayPal account or a credit or debit card that PayPal accept
We do not require you to pay holiday cancellation insurance. However, if the worst happens and you have to cancel your holiday you run the risk of losing the rental paid, although we will do our best to re-let the property. If we are successful we will return your money to you, but we reserve the right to retain £25 to cover administration costs. The more notice you give us, the more chance we have of re-letting the property and refunding your money. (You do of course have the option to contact your own insurance company and arrange suitable cover.)
Whilst it is extremely unlikely, if North Most Cottage is unavailable for any reason for the time you have booked, we will refund the relevant portion of the rental paid. In no event shall the liability of the owners exceed the rental paid for the holiday.

Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday,(with the exception of agreed short breaks), on the arrival day the lodge will be available from 4pm, on the departure day guest are asked to vacate by 10 am

1 well-behaved dog by prior arrangement
Please note the garden is not all fully enclosed and therefore extra care shold be taken with very young children and wonderlust dogs, but they are both very welcome of course.
Please Note: North Most Cottage is a strictly a no-smoking property* NB When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive an automatically generated booking summary by email to the email address you provide in the booking form. This does not form a contract between us. A contract shall only arise when your booking is subsequently confirmed in writing via a letter of confirmation sent by post or email.
