Or a booking form will be sent to you and upon receipt of the completed form and a non-refundable deposit, your booking is secure.
The balance of your rental must be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday . Should a booking be made within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday, the full rental must be paid at the time of booking.

If you are booking from within the UK we normally suggest you send us a cheque, made payable to "A Bradshaw". Then send the completed booking form and cheque to:

If you are sending payment from outside of the UK there are a number of alternatives:
You can ask your bank to arrange a "Draft" in Pounds Sterling payable to A Bradshaw and send it to the above address.
Alternatively you can pay electronically via PayPal using a PayPal account or a credit or debit card that PayPal accept
We do not require you to pay holiday cancellation insurance. However, if the worst happens and you have to cancel your holiday you run the risk of losing the rental paid, although we will do our best to re-let the property. If we are successful we will return your money to you, but we reserve the right to retain £25 to cover administration costs. The more notice you give us, the more chance we have of re-letting the property and refunding your money. (You do of course have the option to contact your own insurance company and arrange suitable cover.)
Whilst it is extremely unlikely, if North Most Cottage is unavailable for any reason for the time you have booked, we will refund the relevant portion of the rental paid. In no event shall the liability of the owners exceed the rental paid for the holiday.

Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday,(with the exception of agreed short breaks), on the arrival day the lodge will be available from 4pm, on the departure day guest are asked to vacate by 10 am

Please note the garden is not all fully enclosed and therefore extra care should be taken with very young children and wonder lust dogs, but they are both very welcome of course.
Please Note: North Most Cottage is a strictly a no-smoking property* NB When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive an automatically generated booking summary by email to the email address you provide in the booking form. This does not form a contract between us. A contract shall only arise when your booking is subsequently confirmed in writing via a letter of confirmation sent by post or email.
Full Terms & Conditions
The Agreement shall be between Angela and Tony Bradshaw (hereinafter called “The Owners”) and the party named in the booking form who is responsible to pay the rent in full (hereinafter called the “Holiday Maker”) on the following Terms and Conditions:
1. The “Holiday Maker” warrants that the property named in the booking form, hereafter referred to as the “Holiday Rental”, is to be used for the purposes of a short-term holiday and so accepts that the letting is a holiday let, namely "a tenancy the purpose of which is to confer on the “Holiday Maker” the right to occupy the subjects for a holiday only" as governed by Scots law.
2. The “Holiday Maker” undertakes to maintain and leave the “Holiday Rental” and its furnishings and fittings in the same condition as at the date of the commencement of their holiday let and none of the furnishings and fittings shall be removed from the said “Holiday Rental” at any time. The “Holiday Maker” further undertakes to reimburse the owner for any damage or breakage, whether accidental or not.

The
“Holiday Maker” shall leave the “Holiday Rental” in a clean and tidy condition
at the end of the holiday let.
4. At the end of their agreed holiday period, the “Holiday Maker” binds and obliges themselves to vacate the said “Holiday Rental” without demand.
5. The “Holiday Maker” shall ensure that the “Holiday Rental” is securely locked when not occupied during the period of the holiday let.
6. The “Holiday Maker” shall not sublet the said “Holiday Rental” or any part thereof.
7. The number of persons occupying the said “Holiday Rental” shall not exceed the number of the party stated on the booking form, and shall not, in any event, exceed the advertised occupational levels stated on our web site for each “Holiday Rental”.
8. The “Holiday Maker” shall undertake to prevent any member of their party from causing a nuisance or disturbance to other residents or occupiers in the neighbourhood. In the event of a problem arising, “The Owners” have the right to ask the “Holiday Maker” to leave.
9. The “Holiday Maker” will indemnify “The Owners” against any claim which may arise as a result of the “Holiday Maker’s” breach of the terms hereof.
10. The “Holiday Maker” may bring one well-behaved dog to the “Holiday Rental”, provided “The Owners” are advised of this when the booking is made. The “Holiday Maker” shall not leave the dog alone in the “Holiday Rental” and shall not permit the dog in the bedrooms of, or on the furniture in the “Holiday Rental”. No other pets are permitted in the “Holiday Rental”.
11. Cancellation
The “Holiday Maker” is liable for the total hire charge unless written notice of the intention to cancel the booking is received at least six weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Neither the deposit paid to confirm the booking nor the balance will be refunded to the “Holiday Maker”, unless the owners are able to re-let the “Holiday Rental”. Every effort will be made to re-let a cancelled booking but the “Holiday Maker” is advised to take out holiday insurance to cover that eventuality.
